Hello, thank you for visting my website. My name is Mario Levesque and I am an online real estate agent in Tampa Florida.
The following tools are used in my daily activities to provide the best possible services to my real estate customers.
You can expect more from an online Realtor® who is an e-PRO
certified agent from the National Association of Realtors®.
Treo 700p, Cell phone / handheld PC combo
(I have now switched to the newer version of this phone which is the 700p. I used the 650 for about 1 1/2 years.)
The main tool I use is my PDA phone. With this device I have access to a lot of real estate information in Tampa and can provide more data to my customers at anytime.
How this benefits you: If we see another house for sale while we are driving which was not printed on our visit list, we can
immediatly find the information pertaining to this extra listing on the MLS and find out if it was just listed or if it falls outside our desired price range.

Mobile PC

This portable PC runs on battery or can be connected inside the car's electrical outlet using an adapter.
How this benefits you: Provides mobile Internet access, access to Email, full MLS database connection and ability to generate professional Real Estate contracts "in the field".

Portable back up drive
I use a 4 Gigabyte protable USB Drive in connection with the portable PC.
How this benefits you: We carry all our files with us and have access to all our documents and contracts in electonic PDF format.

Broadband Internet Access on the road
I use a Verizon Wireless USB720 Modem to connect to the Internet on Broadband Access with a portable PC.
How this benefits you: I have access to the MLS on the road, which means if we see a property that you are interested in and that is not on our visit list. I can pull all the information about that particular house right in front of you.

Mobile Printer

I use the HP Deskjet 460 with built-in Bluetooth wireless technology.
With its portable battery, and wireless features, we can bring it to any visit and
print any documents, from any location!
